Integration Overview by Plan
Landbot's integration options depend on your plan:
- Sandbox & Starter: Zapier, Slack, Google Analytics 4, Facebook Messenger, custom CSS/JS.
- Pro & above: Everything above + HubSpot, Airtable, API & Webhooks, Clearbit, lead scoring, dynamic data blocks.
- Business: Custom integrations, dedicated support for setup.
Zapier Integration
Zapier connects Landbot to 6,000+ apps without code. Available on all paid plans.
Add a Zapier block
In the Landbot builder, click + → Integrations → Zapier. A unique webhook URL is generated for this block.
Create a Zap in Zapier
In Zapier, create a new Zap with Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger. Paste the Landbot webhook URL. Test it by running a conversation in Landbot.
Set up your action
Choose your destination app (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, Pipedrive). Map the Landbot variables (e.g., @email, @name) to the fields in your app.
HubSpot Integration (Pro)
Connect HubSpot account
Go to Settings → Integrations → HubSpot. Click Connect and authorise with your HubSpot credentials.
Add HubSpot block to flow
In the builder, add a HubSpot block. Choose the action: Create Contact, Update Contact, or Create Deal.
Map variables to properties
Map each Landbot variable to a HubSpot contact property. For example: @email → Email, @company → Company Name.
API & Webhooks (Pro)
Use webhooks to send conversation data to any endpoint, or the Landbot API to pull conversation data into your own systems.
Get your API token
Go to Settings → API → Generate Token. Keep this secret — it authenticates all API requests.
Add a Send Data block
In the builder, click + → Integrations → Send Data (Webhook). Enter your endpoint URL and select POST. Map the variables you want to send as the request body.
Handle the response
Landbot can read the response from your webhook and store values back into variables. Use the Set Variable from Response option to extract data from the JSON response.
